This is currently our favourite hotel in Moscow! We have stayed here twice already and will definitely return. After other hotels, we wanted to come back here, and it was the best decision. The rooms are spacious, bright and very clean. I especially want to mention the pillows — incredibly comfortable; for my husband and me that is one of the main criteria (we usually even bring our own when travelling by car). The bed linen is snow-white, perfectly ironed and very pleasant. The staff is friendly and responsive. Room service breakfast was a real pleasure: delicious, fast and convenient. The ironing board and iron were brought immediately on request — everything in excellent condition, nothing damaged or rusty (which is rare in hotels). The underground parking is also very comfortable. We give this place 10 out of 10 without hesitation!

The level of service here is truly impressive. The staff is attentive, polite and customer-oriented. The interior is pleasing to the eye — calm tones, a cosy atmosphere, quality finishes. Spacious rooms, thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. Bathrobes, slippers, kettle and toiletries were all in the room upon check-in. We received an upgrade to an improved room with a beautiful river view — a very pleasant surprise. Peace and quiet — no noise from neighbours. The spa area is a separate pleasure: hammam, panoramic sauna overlooking the Moscow River — everything is very stylish. The gym is compact but has excellent equipment. I was pleased to find it open until midnight. The rooftop restaurant has a stunning view, a rich menu and live music — the singer deserves special praise. Breakfast was simply wonderful: a wide selection, everything fresh and delicious. Excellent coffee and interesting appetisers. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly!

My wife and I spent three days at this hotel and were very pleased. The room was clean, cosy and well-equipped: small touches like a sewing kit and a shoe sponge were a pleasant surprise. The corridors were quiet and the housekeeping excellent. Breakfast was outstanding: varied and delicious, including sparkling wine and a wide choice of drinks. The staff was attentive and unobtrusive — they know how to care for guests. The rooftop restaurant delighted us with its beautiful view and atmosphere. The cuisine was excellent, although it is worth checking the dish ingredients in advance to avoid surprises. The hotel is conveniently located — approximately 20–30 minutes from the city centre. Underground parking with car wash is available. We will be happy to return!

I spent a wonderful weekend in Moscow and chose this hotel — not a single regret! A convenient location and beautiful views of the Moscow River — a great place for walks. The staff is very friendly, always with a smile. The room is cosy, clean and equipped with everything you need: from a fridge to tea-making facilities. The spa area is simply amazing: hammam, panoramic sauna — a sense of luxury and relaxation. And of course the breakfasts! A magnificent choice: fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks, cheese pancakes and even sparkling wine! Everything is delicious and served with love. The hotel left only positive impressions and I will definitely come back.

A hotel with a high standard of service and a genuinely stylish atmosphere. Pleasant scents throughout, and the interior is pleasing to the eye. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable — we slept as if at home. Excellent soundproofing. The bathroom has everything you need, including premium cosmetics. We booked a Superior category and received an upgraded room with a beautiful river view — a lovely gesture. Breakfast was impressive: a wide assortment, from classic syrniki and pancakes to fish, vegetables and fresh pastries. Various milks, juices, coffee, tea and even sparkling wine. The spa zone was a delight: clean, cosy, hammam and sauna with a panorama — simply wow. One note: rooms on upper floors have no openable windows, only air conditioning, which can be a little noisy. Worth bearing in mind if that matters to you. Everything else was superb!

The hotel fully lives up to all its stars. The room was spotlessly clean, all toiletries were present and nothing was missing. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment — very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a hob and fridge. Both surface and underground parking are available (on the third basement level, paid). The young man at reception was polite and check-in was quick. Breakfast is a buffet — everything tasty. The lobby also has a snack option available around the clock. We found no drawbacks — everything met our expectations and requirements. A great option for a weekend away: relaxation, good food and walks. Highly recommended!
